	DTD-12(16、24、32） Multichannels Counting/Bottling Machine

	DTD-12(16、24、32） Electro Optical Counting/Bottling machine is a new product which obtained the provincial level appraisal in 2006. The system is equipped with PLC control and scan counting process . It is easy to operate with it’s user-friendly interface. It is ingrated machine of electro-mechanical with photo-electrical technology. The advanstages are as follows: high reliability, high counting accuracy and speed, high intellective and compatible.Applicable to these type of medicine, such as tablets, capsules with different shapes, size and transparency. The capacity of counting and bottling achieves advanced level both in the domestic and world market.

	Main Characteristics
	1. Swing feeding: two stages of vibration, with two groups , 8 channels/each group
	2.It is reliable and smooth in operation with low nose.
	3.Accurate counting, Counting error is smaller than the national standards
	4.Operating mode: switch freely among three modes: Auto , Semi-auto, Manual
	5.Two modes in Vibrating feeding: A model: stop vibration while exchanging bottles; B model: continue vibration while exchanging bottles
	6. Two output heads Installed to increase the speed of bottling
	7. Additional function: system alarm, Auto stop, self-checking and alarm to photo-electrical device
	8. Convenience in operation, with PLC and touching contact surface, operators are able to operate the machine, dis-assemble and change parts after shirt period of training.
	9. The machine is entirely sealed in design for dustproof purpose..
